Delivery service
- We offer free direct delivery within Sheffield to postcodes S1-S17, S20 & S35 with a minimum order value of £25.00. We may request a valid form of ID when delivering. For orders below this amount you can either choose to collect directly from the shop or pay for a courier.
- For direct deliveries we will make one attempt to deliver your order. If we are unsuccessful we will leave you a card to let you know we've been and you will need to contact us to arrange collection from the shop. Re-delivery will incur a fee.
- For all other areas outside of Sheffield or for orders below £25 there will be a delivery charge – this will be dependent on the weight, size of the order, plus location of the delivery address
- For ALL UK orders over £70 the delivery is free.
- Orders placed for delivery will be fulfilled within 3 working days - excluding Mondays & Bank holidays. Orders placed for collection can be picked up between 11:00am-5:00pm.
- Please leave a valid contact number when placing all orders.
- We will arrange courier deliver to all areas of mainland UK.
- For click & collect orders you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
