Delivery service

• We offer free direct delivery within Sheffield to postcodes S1-S17, S20 & S35 with a minimum order value of £25.00 -excluding VAT We may request a valid form of ID when delivering. For orders below this amount you can either choose to collect directly from the shop or pay delivery fee. 
• For direct deliveries we will make one attempt to deliver your order. If we are unsuccessful we will leave you a card to let you know we've been and you will need to contact us to arrange collection from the shop. Re-delivery will incur a fee.
• Orders below £70.00 or the rest of the UK will be charged a delivery fee -  this will be dependent on the weight, size of the order, plus location of the delivery address
• We cannot deliver to Northern Island, Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands & Isle of Man. 
• For ALL UK orders over £70 the delivery is free. 
• We aim to dispatch orders placed for delivery within 3 working days from the day after you have ordered - excluding weekends, Mondays & Bank holidays. Please note during busy periods we may need to extend this period. Orders placed for collection can be picked up between 11:00am-5:00pm.
• Please leave a valid contact number when placing all orders. 
• We will arrange courier deliver to all areas of mainland UK. 
• For click & collect orders you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. 
• Orders cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 15% administrative fee which will be deducted out of the amount refunded. Any costs we may have already incurred in processing the order will also be deducted from the refund.
